Preparing for the Ward Dog and Derby

Our ward holds an annual Dog and Derby - hot dogs and a pinewood derby.  Last year, we did not do well.  None of us really knew what we were doing, except Darren who had built pinewood derby cars when he was young.  Decades ago. :)  But this year, Darren did a lot of research and spent a lot of time making our family car great.  The kids got to sand it down and paint it.  And our car took 2nd place!  Good work, Darren!
