Raking Leaves as a Family, November 2015

Raking leaves isn't fun when you're an adult.  It's a chore.  But when you are a kid, it's an adventure.  So we all went outside as a family to have an "adventure."  Davis has always loved helping with yard work and projects outside.  He works hard and does a good job.  Noah, who we dearly love, is not so much of a project and work kind of kid.  He doesn't want to work hard or do a good job.  But we joined us for a bit.  And Eva just loved being outside and loved the fact that she good a rake, too.  I think she ruined more leaf piles than she helped, but we all had fun and got the leaves raked and some of them dug into the garden.  Eventually.

Truthfully, I spent more time taking pictures than raking leaves.  Davis and Noah each got to play photographer, taking pictures of me and Darren, and they took a few good ones.
