Easter, April 2014

Easter means Easter egg hunts at house.  Easter egg hunts at Nana's house.  More Easter egg hunts at our house.  Lucky for me, the boys don't really care if there is candy in the eggs or not.  It's all about the hunt.

Nana's Annual Easter Party:

We also dyed Easter eggs for the first time this year.  Noah liked being a director of which color to put the eggs in, not so much doing it himself, and Davis liked the artistic aspect of it, trying to mix colors and use rubber bands to create patterns.

Since Noah's birthday was the day before Easter, of course we included as many Easter egg hunts as we could to celebrate both.  On Monday, Grandma and Grandpa and Jeanette and Bennett and Max came up to have a little birthday part.  We had an Easter egg hunt and cookies with blue frosting.

"I found an egg!"

Max and Noah finding the jelly beans in the eggs.

Jeanette trying to show Max the jellybeans in the eggs.  Max doesn't really care.  He just wants to push the wheelbarrow around with a few eggs in it.

This is how Max eats a cookie.  Frosting first, baby.
