Summer 2013 . . . South Ogden Days

Before I had kids, whenever I went to a fair or carnival, I would always wonder who would pay so much money for such a short ride on a rickety old carnival ride.  Now that I have kids that are old enough to want to ride on those rickety old carnival rides I know who pays that much money.  Me.  Because as a parent, some of the best moments in life come when you see your child's face light up in joy and excitement.  And those carnival rides can do that.  So this year, when we went to South Ogden Days at the end of June, we  were prepared with prepurchased ride tickets, enough for several rides per boy.  And we still had to buy a few more tickets so they could have just one more ride on their favorites.
